Beth Grant and the Lifeline Exercise Card

Beth Grant is one of those character actors whose name easily escapes you, but you’ve seen her in many things. Watching Extract the other day I saw Ms. Grant playing one of the factory workers and realized she was Kitty Farmer in Donnie Darko. Upon that realization I also recalled her roles in Matchstick Men, Little Miss Sunshine, Rain Man and No Country For Old Men. Earlier today watching Speed I saw Beth Grant again, as Helen the lady that gets pulled under the bus.
