Next Spider-Man in 3-D

Can't say this is too surprising given the success of Avatar and other 3-D movies, and the nature of Spider-Man seems to scream a 3-D release.  As the third movie pretty much sucked I would be okay without visiting this series again, but Sony has gone ahead and tabbed Marc Webb (500, Days of Summer) to direct.  Webb has also directed countless music videos so I expect he should bring that visual style to his Spider-Man, who thankfully won't be Tobey Maguire.  Now if we can only get a proper Venom this time around.
